Our Rich Sea Bream Fish Ramen 濃厚鯛白湯ラーメン broth is made freshly every day using Premium Sea Bream Fish and other quality ingredients, while our Japanese Clam Soy Sauce Ramen 蛤醤油ラーメン is made using Large Clams and the finest Japanese Soy Sauce. A multi-step boiling process is implemented for each to maintain the clear and fresh flavours of each ingredient.
